Stagecast is delighted to further strengthen its close working relationship with one of the world’s leading orchestras, the London Symphony Orchestra, in an exciting new two-year partnership with LSO Live.
During the pandemic, Stagecast brought its trademark approach to filming classical concerts in a wide range of concerts from LSO St Luke’s, working closely with the in-house technical team to capture performances with renowned conductors and soloists, including the LSO’s Music Director, Sir Simon Rattle.
As in-person audiences returned, Stagecast was there when the orchestra launched its 2021 Autumn Season in the Barbican to great acclaim, filming the concert for broadcast on Marquee TV and ensuring viewers at home weren’t left behind.
Stagecast is excited to be working on what promise to be some superb concerts in the coming months, including a performance of Haydn’s Creation with Sir Simon Rattle, soloists Lucy Crowe, Andrew Staples and Roderick Williams, and the London Symphony Chorus, which will be broadcast live on Mezzo TV.
